3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. By using ReceptionHallRentals.com, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration and Security

Account Creation: To access certain features of the site, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Confidentiality: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify ReceptionHallRentals.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. 5. Host-Specific Terms

Venue Listings: Hosts can create listings for their venues, including descriptions, photos, availability, and pricing. You represent and warrant that all information provided in your listings is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
Host Responsibilities: As a Host, you are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of your venue listings.
- Setting appropriate rental prices and cancellation policies.
- Ensuring your venue is safe, clean, and accurately represented.
- Communicating promptly and professionally with Guests.
- Honoring all confirmed bookings.
- Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and permits related to your venue and its rental.
- Maintaining Pricing Integrity: Ensuring that the rental prices offered on ReceptionHallRentals.com for your venue are not undercut by direct offers or listings on other platforms for the same booking dates and services. All discounts or special offers must be facilitated exclusively through ReceptionHallRentals.com.
Host Fees and Discounts: For each successful booking made through ReceptionHallRentals.com, Hosts agree to pay ReceptionHallRentals.com a commission of 10% of the total rental price. ReceptionHallRentals.com may, from time to time, offer a 5% promotional discount to Guests. When such a discount is applied, it will be fully absorbed by ReceptionHallRentals.com and will be deducted from the 10% commission otherwise payable by the Host. This means that the Host's payout will be calculated based on the original full rental price, minus ReceptionHallRentals.com's adjusted commission (10% minus the 5% discount, resulting in a 5% net commission to ReceptionHallRentals.com). Payment processing fees, if applicable, will be calculated on the discounted price paid by the Guest.
Payment Processing Fees: Hosts are also responsible for any payment processing fees associated with the transactions. These fees will be clearly displayed during the booking process and deducted from the payout.
Payouts: Payouts to Hosts will be processed [State your payout schedule, e.g., within 24-48 hours after the booking date, or on a weekly basis, etc.], minus the commission and payment processing fees.

6. Guest-Specific Terms

Booking and Payment: Guests can book venues through our online calendar and make payments via our secure payment gateway. By confirming a booking, you agree to pay the total amount specified, including the rental price and any applicable taxes or fees.
Promotional Discounts: From time to time, ReceptionHallRentals.com may offer promotional discounts on bookings. Any such discounts will be clearly applied at the time of booking and reflected in the total price payable by the Guest.
Guest Responsibilities: As a Guest, you agree to:
- Treat the venue and its property with respect.
- Comply with all rules and regulations set by the Host.
- Leave the venue in a clean and tidy condition.
- Communicate promptly and respectfully with the Host.
- Be responsible for any damages caused to the venue during your booking.
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation policies are set by individual Hosts. Please review the Host's specific cancellation policy before booking. ReceptionHallRentals.com will process refunds in accordance with the Host's policy and our own refund processing guidelines.

7. Payments and Financial Terms

Payment Gateway: ReceptionHallRentals.com uses third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms of service of our payment processors.
Taxes: You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable tax laws related to your use of the services, including the collection and remittance of any taxes applicable to your venue rentals (for Hosts) or bookings (for Guests).

8. User-Generated Content

This section governs content, including images, text, and other materials, that you upload, post, or display on or through ReceptionHallRentals.com ("Your Content").

8.1 Your Content and Licenses: You retain all ownership rights in Your Content. By submitting Your Content, you grant ReceptionHallRentals.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform Your Content in connection with the operation of ReceptionHallRentals.com and Reception Hall Rentals LLC's (or ReceptionHallRentals.com's) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of ReceptionHallRentals.com (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. 11. Limitation of Liability
