Venue Pricing & Fees

• Commission: For each successful booking made through ReceptionHallRentals.com, hosts agree to pay a commission of 5% of the total rental price, plus a $50 flat fee per booking.
• Stripe Payment Processing Fees: Stripe processing fees are charged per transaction and deducted from your payout. For details on current Stripe processing fees, please see: https://stripe.com/pricing.
• Stripe Transfer/Payout Fee: The Venue/Host is responsible for the Stripe transfer/payout fee of 0.25%, which will be deducted from your final payout.
• Pricing Integrity: You may not offer lower rates for the same venue and dates outside the platform. All special offers must be managed through ReceptionHallRentals.com.
• Promotional Discounts: When ReceptionHallRentals.com offers promotional discounts to guests, these discounts are fully absorbed by ReceptionHallRentals.com and do not affect the payout owed to hosts. Payment processing fees, if applicable, will be calculated on the price paid by the guest.
• Payout Schedule: Payouts to hosts are initiated on the event start date and may take up to three (3) business days to reach your account. Delays may occur due to fraud checks, disputes, or bank processing times.
